Welcome to Zen Den a safe space to nourish mind, body and soul. Sink into a relaxing massage fused with reiki, crystal and sound healing. Your journey is entwined with elements of aryuveda and shamanism allowing you to absorb genuine Indian flute vibrations, sound bowls, and medicinal gong. This can be tailored to your preferences for example just massage for the time booked. Optional handmade quartz crystal pendants can be purchased afterwards to continue the flow of cleansing energy around you wherever you go. Kiri welcome’s you to join her for this gentle mind, body and soul reset.

To begin we’ll have a little chat about how you’re feeling and if there’s anything you want special attention directed towards. Then your journey will begin. Quietness is encouraged at this point in order for your session to be its most immersive. Of course go with the flow if you want to communicate anything as it’s your time!

Please note that time slots from 17:30 onwards are only available for Lunar sessions (£80). Prana Splash and Prana is available during the day up until 17:00.

Full payment or a deposit of £30 is payable during the booking process. When taking the deposit route the remainder is payable by cash or card upon completion.

Should you not arrive for your appointment the deposit is non refundable if not informed 24 hours in advance. The full payment will be refunded if notified 24 hours in advance and failing that the amount minus deposit.

Late arrivals will still be seen for the remaining time left in their slot at the same price.
